Proposed Agenda
Jonas presented the issue being solved with profiles. Gautam from HPE spoke about issues encountered while running the redfish profile validator. John Leung explained the new process to be followed while updating the OCP profile and conformance with the same. Further OCP profiles are seen as a minimal conformance that vendors need to follow. ODIM profile is currently a superset of the same(except for a few changes made to OCP recently). It is proposed we have a breakout group to discuss the way forward with John Leung.
We should add a proposal to discuss long term solution for event message bus. And add support for redis streams. Alex wants to add a redfish receiver that the plugins will post events to . This reciever will add the same to the message bus implementation. This is to reduce the complexity of implementing the plugins.
